Player Charaters

Luca - A former solider and assitant in the Phenciean Balloon Corps. He is a naive and friendly young man who has recently fallen in with more roguish elements.

Umberto - A Doctor from a wealthy lodge family, he runs a free clinic for the Phenciean poor. Idealistic and intellectual, Umberto seems blissfully unaware of his own charisma, almost to the point of offence.

Sergiento - A professional gentleman (or rake and duellist) with a number of enemies.
